White-Label Citation Building Explained

White-label citation building lets an agency sell citation work under its own client relationship while another team handles some or all of production.

What white-label should actually mean

The fulfillment partner should not confuse the client relationship, and reporting should be suitable for agency handoff.

The agency still owns responsibility for scope, accuracy, expectations, and final QA.

Operational questions

Can you submit client data in a repeatable format? Are duplicate checks included? Are credentials provided? What countries are supported? How are failed or pending submissions reported?

Ask how corrections are handled when a submission contains an error.

Margin is not the only metric

A cheap vendor that creates cleanup work can destroy margin. Evaluate support, reporting clarity, turnaround, accuracy controls, and the amount of manual QA your team must add.

A strong process should reduce operational burden, not simply shift it.

FATJOE as one option

FATJOE’s current page says it provides an unbranded white-label CSV report, screenshots, and login details for its manual citation campaigns.

Agencies should still verify current scope and compare it with their client promises before reselling.

Prefer to outsource citation submissions? Compare the service models first, then use the FATJOE link only if its one-off manual campaign matches your needs. See our service-selection guide →
